These awards celebrate everything that is great about farming and agriculture across West Cork. In partnership with The Celtic Ross Hotel and C103 radio, The Southern Star has been reporting, supporting and celebrating the cream of West Cork sport for decades. With a monthly winner chosen throughout the year for their achievements across a range of sports, the final awards event in January is always a special evening where the stars of West Cork sport really do shine bright including Olympians, Premier League footballers, Ireland rugby players, GAA superstars and horse racing legends to name just a few.
